Vexed Look back on 2016!

with 2016 coming to a close we have decided to look back on some of our happiest moments of the year.

It has been a world wind rollercoaster since returning, the response from the community has been phenomenal and we cannot thank you enough for your continued support.

This year we picked up a Counterstrike team of whom recently Won ESL Paris, securing the organisations first trophy, Surpassing team LDLC, qualified for ESEA Premier after winning the ESL Major league and placing 27th in the world via HLTV global rankings.

At vexed, we are a forward thinking organisation and believe in early adoption of up and coming esports to help grow the scene. This year we delved into numerous new games, some of which did not work out for us at this moment in time, but we may revisit in the future.

Whilst on the subject of early adoption, we recently picked up an international Atlas Reactor roster of whom have recently been crowned ESL champions themselves after a mind blowing run within the ESL GO4 series.

We also picked up a Gwent card game player, Xype from the Netherlands, an unknown player within the community but we saw a great talent with great potential and felt we could help nourish this talent. We then participated in the second Gwent Beta Brawl Tournament where he placed second in the grand finals after a convincing run throughout the tournament.

As well as all this we secured our newest CSGO sponsor, We Got Game, who we would like to thank for the support they have brought with them. With the new year on the horizon we look at investing into new up and coming games, attending more and more tournaments as well as nurturing our current and up and coming talents.
